Do credits expire?
They roll over until you spend them. Buy once, use whenever. There is no subscription and no monthly commitment.
What happens if an edit fails?
The credit is refunded automatically, and anything that runs longer than 5 minutes is failed and refunded too. And every completed edit includes one free revision — run it again right from the result, with an optional adjustment, on us. These remedies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I really do this on my phone?
Yes, that is the point. Take the photo with the in-app camera, edit it, and save the result straight to your camera roll through the iOS share sheet. The masking tools take touch input and leave pinch-zoom alone.
Do I have to disclose virtual staging in Australia?
Yes. Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct, and REIQ, REINSW and REIV all publish guidance. Staging an empty room is accepted practice when disclosed; misrepresenting the property's actual condition is not.
What resolution do the photos come back at?
AI edits return at 2K — about 2,500 pixels on the long side, sharp on every portal. For brochures, signboards and window cards, run any edit as a Print edit instead: 4K output (about 5,000 pixels) for 2 credits instead of 1. Perspective corrections and watermarking keep your original resolution.
What files can I upload, and how many?
JPG, PNG and WebP up to 25MB each. Upload a whole shoot at once by dragging the folder in; there is no cap on the number of photos in a project. HEIC needs exporting as JPEG first, because browsers cannot display it.
How do I get the photos back out?
Download them individually, or select several and take them all at once: as a folder on desktop, or through the share sheet straight into your camera roll on a phone.
How long do you keep my photos?
Twelve months from a project's last upload or edit, stored securely in Australia — then originals and edited versions are permanently deleted. We email you about 30 days before anything is removed, and running a new edit on a project starts its 12 months again. Your own record-keeping obligations as an agent typically run 3 to 6 years, so download your finished photos and keep them with the listing file.
Who owns the images?
You do. Reelpix does not claim any rights over the photos you upload or the results you produce.
