By accessing and using reelpix.pro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

reelpix.pro provides AI-powered photo editing services for real estate photography. Our service includes image processing, enhancement, and transformation tools.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Credits and Payment

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment processor and are non-refundable. Credits do not expire but are tied to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our service
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to process and store your images as necessary to provide our service.

Uploaded images and edited results are stored for 12 months from the project's last upload or edit, after which they are permanently deleted. We will email the address on your account approximately 30 days before deletion. You are responsible for downloading and keeping your own copies to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to you, which for real estate professionals commonly extend beyond 12 months.

Limitation of Liability

reelpix.pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Reelpix submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
